2. The room ,we were at the 7th floor, was a bit shabby.

3. You have to call for washcloths, the towels were big but shabby, there are no reading lights near the beds, the hairdryer didn't work and was not mounted to the wall, the shower had no place to put soap or shampoo, and the door didn't close all the way unless you pulled/pushed on it.
