1. I would never stay there again as i found the staff apart from the concierge very unhelpful & housekeeping very lazy.

5. We phoned the hotel to query this and were met with the rudest, most unhelpful girl on the desk I have every come across who would not stay on the line to help us and transferred us immediately to a voicemail in the accounts section.

7. The staff were unhelpful, however after three days of complaining (on the last day of the trip) they were moved to a different room and refunded their payment for the room, which was good.

10. Despite the fact that some people at the front desk were unhelpful and arrogant, the other staff in the hotel (housekeeping, engineer, porters) were helpful and friendly.
